Ingredients:
1 lb beef steak sliced
1 broccoli cut into florets
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1red bell pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
Zest of 1 lime
3 garlic cloves chopped
2 tbsp ginger grated
3 tbsp lemon grass chopped
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
¼ cup soya sauce
Salt and pepper
Directions
In a pan, heat,2 tbsp olive oil and the sesame oil.
Add the broccoli and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add the bell onion, bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes more.
Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
In the same pan add the remaining olive oil.
Add the garlic, ginger, lime zest, lemongrass and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the beef and brown. Then add the soy sauce, vinegar and bring to a boil.
Add the broccoli and season with salt and pepper
