Stir Fry Pork and Broccoli

Ingredients:

3/4 lb pork tenderloin cut into strips
2 tbsp + 1 tbsp sesame oil
4 garlic cloves chopped
1/2 tsp ground chili
3 green onions chopped
1 Broccoli cut into small florets
1 tsp ginger grated
Salt and Pepper
Sauce:
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions

Prepare the sauce first. In a bowl combine the hoisin sauce, soya sauce, rice vinegar, honey, cornstarch and chicken broth.
In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons sesame oil over high heat.
Add the pork strips, garlic, ground chili, onions and ginger and sauté for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
In the same frying pan, add 1 tablespoon sesame oil and sauté the broccoli for 1 minute over medium high heat.
Pour the sauce over the broccoli and simmer until the broccoli is almost cooked (not too soft).
Place the meat back in the frying pan and cook for 2 minutes more.
